Biography

Jennifer Lynne Scott (Froehlich) was born on July 8, 1976 at the US Air Force Academy Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her father (Dave Froehlich) was in the Air Force, so she and her dad and mom (Dave and Shila) and her two brothers (David and Jason) moved several times (San Bernardino, Washington DC and Hampton Virginia) before finally settling in Roseville California in 1987. Growing up, she was a swimmer, soccer player and competitive gymnast. Jen attended Sierra Gardens ES, Eich MS and then Oakmont High School in Roseville where she was on the Oakmont Drill Team for four years. She graduated in 1994 and attended Sierra College, earning her AA degree. Jen and the love of her life Andy Scott, moved to Dallas where he attended Parker College of Chiropractic and she attended the University of Texas at Arlington. She graduated from UTA in 1999 with a degree in Business Administration and began work with a media firm in Dallas, later being hired for an excellent position with a major pharmaceutical company in their Human Resources Department. Andy graduated Parker College of Chiropractic in 2003, and very shortly the couple moved back to Roseville to open his practice (August 2004) and start a family. In December of 2004 Dylan Andrew Scott was born, followed by Trevor David Scott in May of 2006 and Cody Austin Scott in December of 2007.

Jennifer was always doing for and thinking of, everyone else! She had boundless energy, loved life and loved her six boys -- Andy, Dylan, Trevor, Cody and Toby & Zack (their two Yorkies). When once asked if she wanted to go back to work, she said no, that she had found what she was good at and loved to do -- "I just want to be a Mom!"

Well, Jennifer, you were right -- you were good at it -- no, you weren't just good, you were a great Mom, and although we all miss you more than words can express, there is no one who would disagree that the world is truly a better place because you were here! The literally thousands of people whose lives you touched will make sure that your boys always remember their Mom! We love you!
