Biography

Our father was a simple man who always wanted to do good for others. He was a man with integrity, who always had good things to say about everyone he met. He was an amazing husband who spoiled our mom with an enormous amount of love, patience, kindness, jokes and pepsi cola. Dad and mom were inseparatable, she was definitely his sweetheart. As a father, he was always there for us and so proud of all his kids. Dad always had a smile on face; he was just a happy man. We all remember while growing up that our dad was the dad who would cook 3 different meals for each of his kids just to make us happy. Some would call us spoiled, but we call it love. He loved his doggies. They were fed, put to bed walked at the same time everyday. Those doggies felt his love as well.

Dad was also an amazing "Papa". He loved his grandchild and they loved their Papa. We all have very fond memories of Papas pan cooked hamburgers, frozen pizzas and we can't forget the fried bologna sandwiches! He always enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports. Around the baseball, softball, and soccer fields he was known to everyone as Papa. He gave those grandchildren as much love as a person has to give.

Papa loved his sports; he was a Boston Red Sox, Celtics and Patriots Fan. We tried to get him to be a Charger fan and he would say "NO way!" Everywhere Dad went, he proudly wore his team hat or tshirt.

Our dad passed away peacefully on Sunday evening. The Celtics were playing that evening against the Lakers. Dad kept talking about the game in the previous days. Dad died at 5:00pm (game time), I think he was tired of being in that hospital bed and he needed to go cheer on his beloved Celtics! We love and miss you Dad!

A good character is the best tombstone. Those who loved you and were helped by you will remember you when forget-me-nots have withered. Carve your name on hearts, not on marble. ~Charles H. Spurgeon
