In the State of California, if you decide you want to prepay for your funeral, by law, the Funeral Home is not allowed to keep your money and use it for operating expenses. It is necessary to set up a prepaid funeral trust. We at BLUE OAKS Cremation & Burial Services have the necessary forms to facilitate that for you by setting up our own agency d/b/a Cremation & Burial Services (Ca Insurance License # 0G62377)
